Weetabix Cake

Ingredients

2 weetabix

200mls Skimmed Milk

100g sultanas

100g self raising flour

1 tsp mixed spice

2 large eggs

Method 

Add milk to weetabix in a bowl and leave for two minutes

Mash with a fork

Beat in the rest of the ingredients

Spoon mixture into prepared loaf tin

Place into preheated oven at 180 and bake for 1 hour

Leaf to cool before serving

Serve with Sweet Freedom Fruit syrup or jam
