300g Pasta shapes
2 Garlic Cloves
½ tsp Chilli flakes
2 Tins of tomatoes
2 tbsp Tomato purée
1 tsp Mixed herbs
100g Cottage cheese
1 tin of Sweet corn
2 tins of Tuna flaked
40g Cheddar cheese
1)Cook pasta, drain and set aside
2)Fry leeks, chilli and garlic in low calorie cooking spray over a medium heat
3)Add tins of tomatoes, tomato purée, mixed herbs, bring to boil and then simmer for 5 minutes
4)Stir in pasta and then transfer to a baking dish.
5)Add cottage cheese, sweetcorn, courgette and tuna flaked.
6)Sprinkle grated cheese on top and place in oven until melted for 15-20 Mins.
Serve with salad
