400g dark chocolate
40g tri colour quinoa
175 fruit nut & seeds sprinkles
Sea salt
Method
Toast quinoa on a hot pan for 1 minute
Melt chocolate in microwave safe bowl in 30 second slots stirring until smooth.
In a bowl combine quinoa and fruit mixture , add half of the mixture to the chocolate and stir until well combined
Spread out evenly on to a lined baking tray
Scatter the rest of the quinoa and fruit mixture on top and sprinkle over a pinch of sea salt .
Allow to set in the fridge.
Break into pieces and enjoy
