200g Prawns
2tbsp meridianfoods smooth peanut butter,
2 tbsp light coconut milk,
splash of rice wine vinegar,
@fusedbyfionauyema soy sauce
tsp of thai red curry paste..
Make paste with all ingredients
Fry up prawns for 3 minutes
Add paste to pan and continue to cook for 5 minutes
Add courgettes, onions & mushrooms and serve with boiled rice.
Hi if I cant get red wine vinegar can I use something else
hi gillian wed just leave it out , or a white wine vinegar is fine too
