Oat and Museli FlapJacks

Ingredients 

250g muesli,

200g porridge oats.

150g Honey

75g Coconut Sugar

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

50g Goji Berries

50g Raisins

50g Mixed Seeds

Method 

Toast muesli and oats  on tray in oven at 180 for 7 mins.

In the meantime, add 1 tbsp coconut oil, 150g honey & 75g coconut sugar to pot on low heat until all is dissolved.

Add the oat / muesli  mixture to the honey and then add goji berries & raisins and mixed seeds.

Add more nuts or cranberries too. Place in a tin lined with parchment paper and let cool.

Cut into bars and enjoy
