THE NICEST STIR FRY EVER!
300g Bavette Beef from James Whelan Butchers
2 spiralized courgette
Tender Stem Broccoli
1 Red Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Red Chilli
2 tbsp. Fused by Fiona Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Nam Plaa
1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
1 Star Anise
2 spring onions
- Cook Courgetti and tender stem broccoli
Fry onion in low cal cooking spray until soft and then added peppers, aubergine, mushrooms & red chilli. Again fried until soft then removed from the pan and set aside.
Mix soy sauce @fusedbyfionauyema , nam plaa & oyster sauce, Chinese five spice & star anise.
Placed beef in pan and poured over the sauces. Fry for 3 minutes on either side and then add rest of veg until heated through.
Serve with courgetti, tender stem broccoli & spring onions on top!!
