Ham Cheese & Asparagus Loaf

Ingredients 

200g Self Raising Floor

200g  Cooked Asparagus chopped

4 small eggs beaten

100g Cooked ham chunks chopped

100g grated light cheddar  cheese

50g chopped sundried tomatoes

80ml Skimmed Milk

1tsp Dijon Mustard

Chives

Seasoning

Method 

Mix together Flour , chives, S&P ,

Whisk the eggs milk and mustard

Gradually add the egg mixture to the flour mixture

Stir in the rest of the ingredients , keep aside some cheese for the top

Pour into a  loaf tin (we use a loaf liner for easy removal)

Add remaining grated cheese  and some asparagus tips on top and bake at 200 degrees for 45 mins

Place on wire rack and allow to cool

Slice and serve
