4 Chicken Breast Fillets

Frylight Spray

225g Rice

2 tbsp Korma Curry Powder 

400 ml Chicken stock

200g Passata



  1. Fry off chicken breasts on medium heat with frylight. 
  2. Add curry powder, stock and passata.
  3. Bring to the boil, then reduce and simmer for 20 minutes. 
  4. In the meantime, add 450mls of boiling water to rice, bring back to the boil and simmer in a covered pot for 14 minutes. 
  5. Fluff rice and serve.
  6. We love this with green beans, super fast super tasty and super simple !!
