Ingredients
100g Cous Cous
1 pomegranate seeds
Chopped Spring Onion
Cherry Tomatoes
Green leaf salad
Pickled Gherkins
250 mls Chicken stock
Cajun spice
Method
Place dried cous cous into a pot with spice
Pour stock over, stir and cover for 15 minutes
Fluff up the cous cous with a fork
Place all ingredients in a bowl
Add chicken if you don’t want to go meat free !!
