The Veggie Version of Wings
Ingredients
1 Cauliflower
50g Flour
2 Tsp Paprika
2 Tsp Chilli
2 Tsp BBQ spice
50ml Franks Hot Sauce
Method
Separate cauliflower into wing size florets
Boil up for 10 mins
Mix all spices and flour together
Add water if needed to form a batter
Dip Cauliflowers into batter
Bake for 30 mins in oven at 180
Pour over sauce and bake for a further 10 mins
Serve with homemade cheese dip
For the dip
Melt 4 blue cheese laughing cows
Mix in 4 table spoons of greek yogurt
