Ingredients

40g Porridge Oats

90g Carrot Cake Flavoured Yoghurt

½  Small carrot grated

2 Eggs

¼ tsp Baking powder

¼ tsp Mixed spice

Frylight

 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180
  2. Mix oats, yoghurt, carrot, eggs, mixed spice and baking powder together.
  3. Pour ingredients into ovenproof dish sprayed with frylight.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit and yoghurt.
