Ingredients
40g Porridge Oats
90g Carrot Cake Flavoured Yoghurt
½ Small carrot grated
2 Eggs
¼ tsp Baking powder
¼ tsp Mixed spice
Frylight
Method
- Preheat oven to 180
- Mix oats, yoghurt, carrot, eggs, mixed spice and baking powder together.
- Pour ingredients into ovenproof dish sprayed with frylight.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with fresh fruit and yoghurt.
