2 whole cooked beetroots
1 tin of chickpeas drained
2 garlic cloves
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
3 tbsp of Tahini
¼ tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
Method
- Place beetroot,chickpeas and garlic into food processor to blend
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend more
- If too thick add some water
