Beetroot Hummus

2 whole cooked beetroots

1 tin of chickpeas drained

2 garlic cloves

Juice and zest of 1 lemon

3 tbsp of Tahini

¼ tsp salt

1/2 tsp cumin

Method

  • Place beetroot,chickpeas and garlic into food processor to blend
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend more
  • If too thick add some water
