Banoffee Porridge in a Cup

Ingredients

40g Porridge Oats

150g Toffee Yoghurt

1 beaten egg

1 banana

Table spoon of Skinny Food Salted caramel syrup

Method

Mix oats , egg and 90g toffee yoghurt together and transfer to a large mug

Heat in the microwave for 2.10 minutes

Transfer on to plate and top with remaining yoghurt , banana and syrup.
