Breakfast Baked Oats

 

A Weekend Treat – Baked Coconut Oats

Ingredients

40g Porridge Oats

90g Coconut Yoghurt

1 tsp desiccated coconut

2 beaten eggs

¼ tsp baking powder

 

Method

Preheat Oven to 180 degrees

Grease a small oven dish with coconut Frylite.

Mix all ingredients together and add to the dish.

Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with more yoghurt.
