Apple & Oats Energy Balls

Makes 10 , prep 10 minutes plus chilling

Ingredients

50g oats

50g dates

50g ground almonds

2tsb almond butter

1 Red apple

Ground cinnamon for dusting

Method

Mix oats and dates in a food processor

Grate the apple in ,

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend more

Roll into 10 balls , dust in cinnamon and allow to chill in fridge for 1 hour .
