We got this recipe from the lovely people at Flahavans and twigged it slightly
175g Ground Almonds
1 tsb baking powder
75g Coconut Oil
75g Sweet Freedom Fruit syrup
30g Skinny Food Maple Syrup
1 tsb Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 180
In a large bowl combine the oats , almonds and baking powder .
Pour in the syrups , coconut oil and mix well
Peel and grate all the apples and sprinkle with the cinnamon
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Add 2/3 of the mixture to the tray
Then spread in the grated apples
Add the final third of the mixture on top and bake for 30-40 mins
Allow to cool and serve with custard and apple.
